God’s Word for us today is Matthew 2:11-12.
“On entering the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother; and they knelt down and paid him homage. Then, opening their treasure chests, they offered him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.” -Matthew 2:11
What made these gifts worthy of the Christ child? The Magi’s gifts have much to teach us about the nature of this special child. What will each of us bring him in 2009?
